Educator, sociologist and edupreneur. He is CEO and founder of The Learning Factor (TLF), an agency specialized in designing learning solutions. He is also director of Academic Operations at the Peruvian-German Private University (UPAL) and co-founder and partner of EstudiosPe, an EdTech platform for the digital democratization of education.  

He is the founder and executive director of ReflexED, a movement to reimagine and redesign education for our time. He is a Doctor of Education candidate in the Department of Curriculum, Teacher Training and Teaching at Teachers’ College Columbia University (NY) and has a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He is also a national counselor for Education and a member of the Educational Forum. 

He was general director of the APOYO Institute Co., as well as founder and CEO of the National STEM Forum. He is a pedagogical advisor to the SM Foundation in Peru and to the Romero Foundation. He worked as a research assistant at the Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE) and a research assistant at the National Center for Restructuring Education, Schools and Teaching (NCREST) ​​at Teachers College, Columbia University. 

He works as a specialized advisor in education and research for international and domestic organizations such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Economy and Finance, IDB, OAS, UNESCO and the World Bank. He is also a Fulbright Scholar, from the SM Foundation, from the Organization of American States, UNESCO and the Inter-American Development Bank. He is director at civil non-profit organizations such as IPAE Acción Empresarial, Enseña Perú and Kantaya Asociación de Niños, and senior advisor to Crea Más and CARE Peru.
