Industrial Engineer from the University of Lima with a graduate degree in Marketing from ESAN and a Multinational MBA from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. 

She began her professional career in 1992 at DHL Peru, where she was in charge of various areas: Customer Service, Commercial, Operations and Western Union, to finally reach General Management for about five years. 

In 2010, she was hired by the Romero Group to be in charge of building its Shared Services Center that would consolidate the Accounting, Treasury, Systems and HR functions of the companies that make up the group. Since 2014, she has been CEO for Peru and Bolivia of the English transnational G4S, a leader in the world security market. 

She is currently a director at Ciudadanos al Día (CAD), CARE Peru, the British Peruvian Chamber of Commerce and an active member of YPO.
