First Vice Chair

An industrial engineer by the University of Lima with an MBA from the Adolfo Ibáñez Management School, she is a professional with a social commitment and vast experience in information technology. She is currently member of the Board of Directors of Alicorp, Banco Pichincha Peru, HElloZum, CARE Peru and OWIT. 

She worked at IBM before finishing her studies, where she stayed for 13 years: she started as a senior sales representative and ended up as a software manager, a fact that directed her career towards technology. 

She worked at Microsoft for 15 years: she started as manager of Corporate Accounts and New Businesses, continued as country manager, director of Corporate Accounts for the Andean region, director of the Public Sector – Multi Country Americas, director of Marketing and Business and, finally, served as commercial director. In addition, she served as president of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru. 

She was Minister of Production in Peru. She had previously been secretary of the Digital Government (SeGDi), a specialized technical body that reports to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM). She promoted procedure digitalization processes in the Peruvian State from there. 

She currently participates as a mentor in the start-up accelerator at Endeavor Peru, she is a member of the Indecopi Advisory Council and a member of the CCL Justice Committee.
