She is a member of the boards of Apoyo Comunicaciones, The SafeStorage Co., Angel Ventures Peru, CARE Peru, the Cancer League; YPO Peru and APD. He is also a member of CENTRUM’s Advisory Council and a member of Transparencia Perú assembly. 

Author of the best seller Tú S.A, whose 19 editions have sold more than 140,000 copies in Latin America and has become the second best-selling book in Peru in 2012 and 2014 and the first among business books in 2013. She was, for weeks, on the best-seller list in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and was published in English as You Incorporated in 2018. 

She is a columnist and blogger. She has published more than 1,000 articles and videos in newspapers and magazines in different countries. Her videos have almost 9 million views on YouTube and her webinars hundreds of thousands of views. She was acknowledged as one of the most influential voices in Latin America according to LinkedIn 2019 Top Voices and is in first place in the 2020 HRinfluencer ranking made by GoIntegro. 

She has been ranked for the fourth consecutive year in the top 15 business leaders with the greatest reputation in Peru and as the second among the leading women in the country, according to the Merco Leaders study published in Gestión newspaper.
