Deputy General Manager and Universal Banking Manager at Credicorp Ltd., as well as General Manager at BCP since April 2018. A Business Management Bachelor by Universidad del Pacífico, he has an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. 

He has worked at Credicorp Ltd. since 1995. He has extensive and diverse experience performing strategic roles as Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance Manager, as Retail Banking Central Manager and Wealth Management at BCP. He was General Manager of BCP Bolivia from 2005 to 2008. He led the acquisition of Edyficar in 2009 and Mibanco in 2014. He began leading the digital transformation strategy in 2015. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mibanco and a member of the Board of Directors of BCP Bolivia.
