A businesswoman with an MBA from Adolfo Ibañez University. She is director of the Wiese Group, Repsol, Sky Airline, Portugal Laboratories, Futura Schools, Hotel B and GR Holding (Los Portales Group Holding), Wiese Foundation, CARE Peru and the Cancer League. She is also vice chair of Entrepreneurs for Education, a member of the WCD: Women Corporate Directors, and a member of the Board of Trustees and the Contemporary Art Acquisitions Committee of the Lima Art Museum (MALI). 

She was general manager of the Wiese Aetna Insurance Company, chair of the Board of Directors at Sura Insurance and Sura Mortgages, chair of the Peruvian Association of Insurance Companies (APESEG) and member of the Board of Directors at the National Confederation of Private Business Institutions (CONFIEP), of the National Council of Education, of Peru 2021, among others.
