An economist from Universidad del Pacífico with studies in Leadership at Georgetown University and Mason – MPA Harvard University, he is a strategic mobilizer for government, business, foundation and agency leadership teams. 

He is co-founder and executive president of Mosaico, an accelerator and articulator for social transformation in Latin America. He is director at InLider, the Intercorp Group’s Leadership Center and co-founder of EnseñaPerú. He served as Reaserch Fellow of the Ash Center at the Harvard Kennedy School, Global Shaper WEF, economic-commercial advisor to the ambassador of Peru in the US and assistant to Universidad del Pacífico’s rector. 

He is a Government member of the Transparency Association, CARE Peru, EnseñaPerú, Sembrando Juntos, UTEC Ventures and HelpPeru.
